Ecstatic Elizabeth and Happy Lil Harrison

Hi Bridget,

Thank you so very much for chatting with me today ...I feel great & much more confident :).

When I first came to you it was to improve my eating habits in order to improve the habits of my family but after today you have helped me with more than that ! I love the way you inspire me to do the best I can just by believing in me & breaking things down so I'm not tempted to say it's all too hard. I especially admire your positiveness. I really enjoyed our lunch today & felt great & proud of myself after I left (although I was actually scared to eat in front of you because I am still fussy). I am determined to get my mind in shape as I feel this controls a lot of what I do & I will PRACTICE my exercises everyday ...I Promise ! ....I am wonderful, I am capable, I am strong & I am a great person X

I'll leave you with the wonderful quotes from Harrison 6yrs...

QUOTE 1: "Harrison do you want a treat?","No thanks Dad, I don't want a treat, Bridget doesn't want us to have them & I am trying to keep on Track!"

QUOTE 2: "Harrison would you like some on Mummies Chocolate Birthday cake?", " No thanks Mum, I want Bridget to be proud of me !"

Out of the mouths of babes LOL

Hope you like the photos, I put the ones in of the kids (I took that a few weeks ago)

Love Elizabeth XXX

Kooking with the Kieser's Part 2

This is fresh footage from our latest FUN Kooking Klass! :)

The recipe for this fortnight was Dukkah Crusted Salmon with CousCous. Again, Joshy was not too pleased with the selection, and was very apphrensive re the couscous!

However, once again, he was convinced that there was a way for couscous to taste incredibly good!

"A small sprinkle of parmesan made all the difference! I LOVED the oven-baked crusty soy and linseed roll with the low fat avocado dip!!" said Josh excitedly.

Yes he did! In fact he repeatedly asked for more of the rolls! lol

The class was another success and the tastes were delectible!

Julius was very stoked, with this reflection offered, "Bridget, thanks for the fancy feed last night. You consistently make traditionally boring foods into a taste exploration without sacrificing any of the goodness, by taking us gently (mostly) on a journey of enlightenment, wonder and discovery, sliced deeply with simplicity and practicality and intertwined comfortably with good nature and belly laughs".

All round it was a very fun night and all in attendance were more than happy and satisfied with the tucker on offer.

For a copy of the recipe email me OR click here

Yours in health till next time! Mwah! xoxoxo

Kooking with the Kieser's! Part 1

Hi all!

This is the first part of a shared blog between myself and the members of the Kieser Klan :)

Meet Sharny, Joshy and Julius! What a team and what a beautiful family!

I have the blessing of seeing these guys every fortnight for FUN Kooking Klasses :)

This experience has suprisingly been as educational FOR ME, as it has for them :)

The photo above was taken during one of our early classes. The meal for the evening was Cheater's Thai Fish Cakes (you can get a copy of this recipe by emailing me- details below OR click here)

It was Australia Day and let me tell you, little Mr Joshua was NOT happy we were not eating LAMB! (Good little Aussie he is! Sam Kekovich would be SO proud! lol)

He was in fact incredibly unhappy at the menu choice, however, his frown was very soon turned upside down when he discovered JUST HOW GOOD the burgers were :)

An unhappy little camper soon turned into a RAVING fan of this recipe and could not wait until the very next class :)

A random reflection from Sharny, "I never knew healthy food could taste SO good! I always thought it had to be bland....meat and 3 veg type thing....I didn't know so much colour, flavour and texture could be put into one meal...this is great! Thanks Bridget!!"

So in summary for this first part, yes good food CAN taste incredibly amazing AND be incredibly QUICK to whip together. The meal featured here takes a maximum 15 mins to throw together!

You can serve the fish cakes on soy and linseed buns for hungry men, growing children
and those who lead an ACTIVE lifestyle. Sweet potato wedges or chippies are also a delicious addition!

For those looking for a lower carb, gluten/wheat free option, serve on a large salad with plenty of vegies incorporated. A small amount of Sweet Chilli Sauce is a magical way to top these beauties!

Enjoy guys! xoxoxoxo
